  1. idk how to say this but u helped me i was charged as a s.o at 15 for a girl friend that was 13 and her parents found out i spent 3 1/2 years in the joint it was hard being labled a s.o cuz you had to fight for your life and it scared me when i was 15 i didnt go to youth prison i went to adult i had to grow up real fast or be eaten but having this charge has made my life really hard cant find a job cuz no one will hire me do you have any advise

  2. Always keep in mind that you did your time. True, there are a few out there who will know you’re a sex offender, but the majority won’t. Though in your mind you will think everyone is judging you for your past, they aren’t. They are judging you on your day to day conduct.

    Live your life as a free, law-abiding citizen and everyone will treat you as such.

    As far as jobs go, feel free to look at the jobs posted on this site. Do you have a college degree? If not, let Uncle Sam help you with a Pell Grant and student loan. Get a two year degree and earn three times what you can earn without one. Go to your nearest city college and talk to a counselor about high-paying careers in the area you want to live in.
